Superior-of higher rank, quality, or importance.

Insisted-to be emphatic, firm, or resolute about something intended, demanded, or required.

Appreciation-an expression of admiration, approval, or gratitude.

Internment-an advanced student or graduate usually in a professional field (as medicine or teaching) gaining supervised practical experience.

Diplomat- one employed or skilled in diplomacy. The door mat is 'cause of diplo MAT. See, that's catchy. And the guy and gal to the right are thumb wrestling, not shaking hands.
